Job Description

Lium GO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, HR Operations to manage and optimize HR processes and operations. In this role, you will oversee the daily HR functions that support our EV logistics operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless execution of HR policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, an understanding of labor laws, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and managing employee documentation.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and update internal databases with accurate employee information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
